Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: Provide one-to-one support and tailored learning plans for students with special educational needs (SEN)Adapt teaching methods to individual student requirements and learning stylesAssist students in developing academic and life skillsMonitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as necessaryCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development Required Qualifications: Hold a relevant teaching qualificationExperience working with students with SENKnowledge of SEN support strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and best practisesAbility to create engaging and inclusive learning environmentsStrong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN supportExperience working with a range of SEN conditions Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible scheduleWork primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centresMay require travel to different locations to meet with students All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
