This role is designed to provide a high-quality stepping stone into teacher training via the Future Teachers Programme, with full mentorship and in-school support throughout the year.This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with strong academic credentials, a love of their subject, and the desire to inspire, guide, and support the next generation. About the Role: Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in your specialist subject area (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, etc.). Provide small group intervention and 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance. Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and the creation of learning materials. Contribute to the classroom environment, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated to learn. Work with the school's leadership team to develop your teaching skills through continuous feedback and professional development opportunities. Candidate Profile: A degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., English, Maths, Science, History, etc.). A strong passion for teaching and working with young people. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop as a teacher. Strong organisational and time management skills. Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.
