Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a results driven and ambitious Finance Analyst to join a fantastic team within a market-leading business. This role offers a hybrid working patten, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports to track business performance.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide insightful recommendations based on reporting outputs to support decision-making.Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and optimise reporting processes.Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and projects as needed. Key skills and experience required:Experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or similar finance role.Ideally working towards an accountancy qualification.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualisation).Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly.A proactive and problem-solving solving mindset.
