Agile Business Analyst, 3+ Months, £425 per day, Outside Ir35, London My client, a global leader, is searching for a seasoned Agile Business Analyst to join on an initial 3+ month contract to help deliver user-centric, data-driven solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to define, refine, and deliver business and technical requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment. This is outside IR35, Hybrid LOndon (1 or 2 days a week) and starting ASAP. The Agile Business analyst will be doing the following:- Elicit and document clear user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria. Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver optimal solutions. Analyse and improve business processes using Lean/Six Sigma techniques. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience end-to-end. Support testing, training, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ideally you will have the following skills :- 7+ years' experience in Business Analysis with strong Agile delivery exposure. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience with process modelling, UI specifications, and data-driven improvements. Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
