We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated 360° Recruitment Consultant who will manage the entire recruitment cycle—from the first contact with the client to job placement. This is a fully commission-based opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate, and professional recruitment company.What You Will Do:Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our servicesUnderstand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and prepare proposalsManage contract negotiations and secure client agreementsWork on active job roles, source qualified candidates, and manage the entire placement processRepresent Workforce Global with a professional and corporate attitudeThis is a fully commission-based opportunity with a remote and flexible working model.
