Job DescriptionJob Title: Events ManagerLocation: London (hybrid)Salary: Up to £55K DOEAbout the Financial Technology News company:Our client are the world’s largest financial technology news company, providing fintech news, events and research to the fintech community, connecting over 500,000 professionals a month to support growth and innovation in this space. They seek an experienced Events Manager to join their team.The Events Manager:The Events Manager will cover all areas of Event logistics and delivery, focusing on the operational delivery of digital, hybrid and face to face events, in the format of in person events and roundtables.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain an event project plan for each project, adhering to scheduling and deadlines, and running regular project meetingsResponsible for updating information and content on the event micrositePrepare and publish/produce exhibitor manuals, and commercial sales documents for events, either online or as a printed documentSupervise the design and execution of advertisements and all other marketing activity promoting entry or attendance for each eventSupervise the design and production of all other printed material relating to each projectSourcing, negotiating with and managing suppliersResponsible for tracking and managing all deadlines around sponsor event deliverablesHandling all communication with sponsorsOverseeing all contract deliverables for sponsorship packagesWorking closely with the sponsorship team to develop sponsor inventory for each eventAbout the Events Manager:Evidence of running live international B2B events, preferably commercial conferencesEvidence of managing event budgets and a thorough understanding of the financial impact of events, with the ability to drive revenueA strong understanding of events production, supplier liaison and all relevant processesThe ability to self-manage projects and plan event timelinesThe ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to attend events occurring outside of normal work hoursWhat’s in it for you:Flexible/hybrid workingJoin a fast-growing and highly reputable companyCompetitive salary packageClick apply now, or contact Molly Glynne-Jones at mollyg@reuben-sinclair.comAt Reuben Sinclair, we are committed to creating an accessible, inclusive and equitable recruitment process.
