We’re on a mission to make sure everyone has access to the law.We combine human lawyers with artificial intelligence to radically reduce legal costs for consumers and small businesses.We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help to drive the development of our platform, AI experiences and websites, and be a thought-leader on product management practices in our team.Reporting to the product director, the product manager will be an individual contributor responsible for organising and driving good product decisions and feedback across our entire business and providing process leadership to the rest of the team.What the job involves Working with leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities and roadmap across the entire business Coordinating the definition, creation and release of new features and products Owning the product management process end-to-end Running regular product meetings: customer interviews, feedback synthesis, prioritisation workshops, product launches, retrospectives, etc. Creating and maintaining processes for continuous customer feedback and discovery and speaking to users regularly Managing multiple roadmaps across our platform, AI products and websites Ensuring our products evolve quickly with the best learning and iteration practices Using data and product analytics tools to communicate and inform product decisions Improving the NPS score of our products Our Product Culture Ownership - You feel a strong sense of responsibility to the products you work on and the people you work with - you want things to be the best they can be, sweat the details, and care that things get done properly. Ship daily - We’re building and releasing features fast, going from idea to production in hours rather than weeks. Our Product Stack Design: Figma Roadmap, feedback & documentation: Notion Collaboration: Asana, Github, Linear, Discord, Slack Requirements You’re opinionated and want to help us change the legal system for the better You have a track record of delivering exceptional work and can demonstrate it You have experience in fast paced and high growth environments You are highly organised and can demonstrate your attention to detail You’re motivated and ambitious, capable of learning and adapting quickly You have a deep understanding of modern product management practices You’ve run product management processes end to end in fast moving product teams, collaborating with designers and engineers You managed consumer products and websites and made product decisions affecting tens of thousands of users You are technical and data-driven and have extensive experience using product analytics tools You have an eye for design and usability Benefits 33 days paid holiday a year + your birthday off Employer pension contributions We're a fully distributed team across the UK Regular team get-togethers and socials
