Core FP&A Responsibilities * Lead all forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities. * Deliver robust financial models to support strategic decision making. * Own and improve KPI dashboards and business performance metrics. * Partner closely with functional leaders (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to provide insight and challenge assumptions. Special Projects 1. FP&A Forecasting Tool Implementation * Own the scoping, selection, and implementation of a scalable FP&A solution (e.g., Pigment, Mosaic, Planful). * Design future-state models and data integration flows from ERP, CRM, and billing systems. * Ensure full adoption across finance and operational leadership. 2. Board Pack Overhaul * Redesign the Board reporting suite to deliver insightful, visual, and executive-level analysis. * Collaborate with the CFO and CEO to align messaging with strategic objectives. * Establish repeatable, automated processes for board pack generation. 3. M&A Support ("Buy & Build" Strategy) * Lead financial modelling and valuation for potential acquisitions. * Support commercial and operational due diligence. * Assist with integration planning and post-deal performance tracking.
