Class 1 HGV Driver - NIGHTS Monday to Friday - 8pm start Location: Redditch (B98) Temp to Perm Commutable From: Birmingham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster Pay: £17.03 per hour including holiday pay / £15.20 per hour (excluding holiday pay) Are you an experienced class 1 driver looking for night work? We have an excellent opportunity for permanent trunking work with one of our clients. We are looking for Class 1 drivers to start immediately for our client based in Redditch who handle multiple store deliveries across the UK on the same route, going into stores after closing times and unloading stock. This position is working night shift: MONDAY - FRIDAY For this role, as a Class 1 HGV Driver you must have the following: Strong class 1 driving experience, ideally with loading and unloading of goods. Experience of multidrop deliveries required. Min 12 months previous driving experience required along with great customer service skills. Have both Class C + E License Have an in-date CPC Card HGV Driver responsibilities include: Trunking Some handballing involved Handling cages Job Specifics: Monday to Friday (Nights) 8pm start £17.03 per hour including holiday pay / £15.20 per hour (excluding holiday pay) 28 days paid holiday* Weekly Pay 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day Full time permanent position after 13 weeks Full training and induction shadowing another driver Immediate start following successful assessment Why work with Driver Hire?
