This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and classroom management.Job Details: Cover Supervisor Location: Loughborough Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time options available Start Date: Immediate start About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects.Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.Support students in their learning and liaise with teaching staff when needed. Requirements: Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting (ideally as a cover supervisor).Strong communication and classroom management skills.An enhanced DBS on the update service Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects.A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
