Key Responsibilities:Solution Design: Create an architectural blueprint that aligns business processes with Dynamics 365 applications.Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing systems and optimize for performance and scalability.Technical Guidance: Offer support to the deployment team and clients throughout implementation.-Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure the solution meets business needs.-Gap Analysis: Analyse differences between existing systems and the desired Dynamics 365 solution for improvement.-Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, consultants, and development teams for successful implementation.-Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise to help team members understand technical aspects.-User Adoption: Ensure end-users are trained and able to effectively use the system.
