Special Needs TeacherBrent, North West London£850-950 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)Start date: ASAP/ SEPT 2025An Outstanding SEN school in Ealing, North West London is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team, supporting a Key Stage 1/2 class with 9 primary-aged students.The school is a vibrant learning community, structured as five interconnected villages, and serves students aged 3 to 19 with a total enrolment of 300. Its innovative curriculum is designed around a progression model that supports and challenges each pupil, fostering active engagement and enthusiasm for every aspect of life and learning.The school is committed to creating personalised learning pathways that address the unique needs and aspirations of every student. These pathways are designed to encourage enjoyment, confidence, active participation, and the development of essential life skills.Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will: Be passionate about teaching in a non-mainstream environment and embrace the unique opportunities provided by a special school setting.Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach, using creativity to deliver inclusive, engaging, and inspiring lessons.Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS).Have experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND, gained through Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or other opportunities.This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs and learning difficulties.
