We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Accident Repair Centre who are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to assist in their busy Repair Centre in the Croydon area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Benefits:Award-Winning Multi-manufacturer approved Bodyshopstate of the art facilities Forward thinking companyTraining and Progression opportunitiesRequirements:A working experience within a this role or similarCustomer Focused and an excellent communicatorFamiliarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareMonday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturday morningsBasic up to £27,000 + £30k OTE per annum Duties:Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicleProduce Job Cards on in-house computer systemsUpdate Customers and Vehicle RecordsPrepare and complete InvoicesAdvise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completedLiaise with Insurance CompaniesFor your hard work as a Bodyshop Advisor our client is offering a salary of £30,000 OTE.The hours of work in this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
