Vehicle Technician - Main Dealership - StokeStarting salary up to £34,000 per annum with OTE circa £40,000.Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700, Saturdays on Rota basis, 0800 -1200Main Dealer in Stoke with a fantastic FranchiseGreat opportunity to work for a leading company with fantastic benefitsOur Main Dealer client in Stoke is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic workshop. You'll be part of a very experienced team. Being involved in performing cutting-edge vehicle health assessments, executing vehicle services, and addressing additional repairs.Excellent benefits in the Vehicle Technician role:Enhanced holiday leave increasing with length of serviceMaternity leave, adoption leave (6 months full pay) and paternity leave (2 weeks full pay)Smart health giving employees and immediate family 24/7 GP support.Eye CareLife assuranceTravel insurance Gym membership discountKey Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician:Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard Qualifications needed for this Vehicle Technician role:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.Motor industry experience (brand or non-brand).Full and valid UK driving licence.MOT licence would be a bonusThe Ideal candidate for this Vehicle Technician role:Self-motivated, collaborative, ambitious, and quick to learn.Maintains high standards in vehicle service.Brand-specific training not mandatory; training provided.Diagnostic, MOT, and EV experience desirable but not obligatory.
