The Role of a Senior Support Worker - Children's residential Services: As a Senior Support Worker, you'll lead shifts, implement care plans, mentor staff, and ensure the safety and well-being of the young people in your care. Key Responsibilities of a Senior Support Worker - Children's residential Services: Lead and organise shifts, ensuring high standards of care. Implement and oversee individual care plans.
