Job DescriptionAre you passionate about shaping the future of investment operations? We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as an Investment Initiatives Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major transformation programme, working across global investment teams to help define and implement a best-in-class Strategic Target Operating Model (STOM).What you’ll be doing: Collaborating with investment teams to define best practices in investment processesPartnering with functional leads to deliver the STOM operating modelProviding thought leadership to harmonise process design across global teamsBecoming a subject matter expert in the STOM model and CRIMS platformEngaging with technology teams to shape system solutions for a global modelWorking with middle and back office teams to build a scalable investment frameworkIdentifying operational overlaps and recommending centralisation opportunitiesAssessing operational risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies
