Your dedication will help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.Develop a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.Assess and monitor pupil progress, implementing effective differentiation and intervention strategies.Use creative and adaptive teaching methods to engage pupils and enhance their learning experiences.Foster positive behaviour management strategies to encourage student engagement.Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil development.Contribute to the wider school community, participating in staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and school initiatives. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire pupils.Show a commitment to raising pupil attainment through innovative and differentiated teaching strategies.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.Be available full-time and eager to contribute to school life.Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
