Warranty Controller required for our Automotive Client based in Northampton. For your hard work as a Warranty Controller our client is offering a salary of £30,000.Benefits:Competitive salary with achievable bonus – OTE up to £36,500.Employee Car SchemeLife Assurance Policy24/7 Employee Assistance ProgrammeNo weekend working – enjoy a better work-life balance.Opportunities for further training and career development within a supportive dealer group.Responsibilities:Assess warranty claims on Company systems and liaise where required with car dealerships via telephone and email.Analyse all data received from car dealerships ensuring that all data is in order using the correct processes.Find all relevant data and identify clearly the reasons for accepting, amending or rejecting a claim.Administer the necessary documentation to support any warranty claims.Keep track of all data onto the computer system.
