They currently have an active requirement for a litigation partner they’d like to prioritise during the new year. This is unlikely to suit a partner coming straight from a top tier City firm as the client base may not gel. It would however be a fabulous opportunity for someone in a mid-market firm with a client base which leans towards owner managed, private businesses, and high net worth business people. Specific areas of interest include shareholder and joint venture disputes, white collar crime and claimant civil fraud, and IP disputes. Albeit likely within a wider general commercial disputes practice.
