Traffic Supervisor Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:30 Additional Requirement: 1 Saturday every 4 weeks On-Call Requirement Benefits Include: Standard Annual Leave Company Pension Scheme Free Parking Private Healthcare after 3 months We are currently seeking a Traffic Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Traffic Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of traffic operations, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, and managing a small team of drivers and operations staff. Your role will involve a combination of on-the-ground leadership, operational planning, and on-call duties when required. Key Responsibilities: Supervise traffic operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Manage schedules and coordinate drivers. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures. Handle on-call duties and resolve any operational issues. Support in training and mentoring junior staff. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a traffic or transport management role is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Flexibility to participate in on-call requirements and occasional weekend shifts. What We Offer: A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000.
