The role has arisen due to sustained growth in the commercial property team and offers the chance to work on a broad caseload in a firm that truly values work/life balance.The Role: You'll handle a range of commercial property matters with support and supervision from senior colleagues where needed. Typical work includes: Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants) Property development and site acquisitions Lease renewals, licences, and surrenders Property finance and refinancing matters Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements You'll be encouraged to build long-term client relationships and contribute to the department's continued success.
