What you’ll doAs part of their collaborative and supportive team you will:Deliver high-quality social work services to adults in need across Oban, Lorn & the Isles.Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop personalised care plans.Coordinate referrals and liaise with other services to ensure joined-up support.Promote independence and wellbeing through community-based solutions.Travel to island communities within the service area (accommodation and travel support provided).What Argyll & Bute are looking forA qualified and registered Social Worker (SSSC).Experience in adult services or community care settings.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel is an essential part of this role).Strong communication, assessment and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload.If you're passionate about supporting adults to live independently and want to be part of a forward-thinking team - apply today!
