Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs CRO, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a core member of the executive team, responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing revenue-generating operations across the organization. You will define the commercial vision and support the performance of our sales, partnerships, and customer success functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and improve all functions and processes related to revenue-generating functions and drive the global revenue strategy.Optimize the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer retention, ensuring efficiency and performance at every stage.Implement best-in-class CRM and performance measurement tools to drive data-driven decision-making.Develop systems to report on revenue performance, forecasting, and commercial KPIs to the CEO and board.Develop a deep understanding of our customers, markets, and channels to identify new commercial opportunities.
