Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4)An excellent opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Commercial Property team. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of transactions, with early responsibility and the support of experienced colleagues.You will work on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters, advising a diverse client base across sectors. The firm fosters a collaborative, agile, and empowering culture, with a focus on supporting career development and well-being.Key responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from inception to completionExamining title and providing clear, concise client reportsNegotiating and revising leases for both landlord and tenant clientsConducting research and preparing legal opinions on commercial property issuesContributing to the development of templates and best practice resourcesSupporting marketing, business development and client engagement activities Candidate profile: At least one seat in commercial property during a traineeship or equivalent relevant experienceA genuine interest in commercial property law and a desire to build a career in this areaExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in plain EnglishStrong commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach to workload managementA team player who also enjoys working independentlyClient-focused, personable, and committed to delivering high-quality service This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor seeking to develop their career in a supportive and flexible working environment.
