This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious graduate who is passionate about education and is considering a future career in teaching.Role & Responsibilities: Supporting students in their academic development, particularly in GCSE and A-Level subjectsAssisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjectsProviding one-to-one and small group tuition to students who require additional supportHelping students develop effective study skills and exam techniquesSupporting classroom management and contributing to a positive learning environmentAssisting in the creation of lesson materials and resourcesEngaging in extracurricular activities and school-wide eventsReceiving comprehensive training and mentorship, with an opportunity to progress into a formal teacher training programme Candidate Requirements: A graduate from the University of Oxford or the University of CambridgeStrong academic background with expertise in a core subject (Maths, Science, English, Humanities, or related fields)Passion for education and a keen interest in supporting students’ academic growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teachers and studentsA proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teachingPrior tutoring or teaching experience is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
