We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our client in Coalville, Leicestershire.As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will supervise a production team within a timber engineering facility. You will work across the different areas of production including an automated cutting department, automated and manual production lines, product wrapping and dispatch, maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental and product quality standards.What you will have...Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00- 22:00Pay: £41,420 + Productivity bonuses A minimum of 3 year's experience in a manufacturing supervisory position, ideally within the timber engineering and industryA natural leader and communicator, and have experience with managing and developing many people in a fast-paced environmentA good understanding of Health & SafetyConfidence in a variety of manufacturing processes, including the general upkeep and running of machinery More about the role...
