Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants who are looking to move into education and work in an outstanding specialist college to start immediately or from September 2025. This college are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people who are comfortable working with special needs and keen to apply their skills in an educational setting. As a teaching assistant, you will be supporting young people aged from years old with special needs in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, assisting in vocational courses, supporting students in the community, developing independence and helping learners with employability. In addition, you will be developing learner's numeracy, literacy and delivering creative sessions such as cooking, music, and art.
