An exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team in the e-commerce industry. This role involves managing projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring each is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with the internal teams to maintain high standards of service and project quality. This role is essential for fostering strong client partnerships and driving successful project execution.RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Proven working experience in project management ideally in an agency environment with E-commerce projects from inception to launch Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Experience using MS Project, Jira and Confluence Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office A recognised project management certification such as Certified Scrum Professional, Agile PM, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Sound understanding of the ecommerce landscape including critical technology integrating into ecommerce platforms Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery Ability to resource plan, financial planning, control and reporting efficiently and effectively Process control, quality reviews and delivery of governance and documentation Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with various levels of customer management teams Natural ability for analytical thinking and problem solving Strong commercial awareness, ability to challenge a business case & ROI BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package tailored to your experienceCompany pension scheme Opportunities for professional development, technical training, and certificationsFlexible working hours and arrangements Private health insurance / Additional healthcare benefits Generous annual leave entitlement (25 days' holiday plus bank holidays), promoting great work-life balanceRegular team events and social activities.
