Successful candidates will be expected to work across any of the Springside sites, as required.Applicants must have a passion for meeting the holistic needs of learners with SEND and support the inclusion agenda. Applicants must possess or be willing to work towards GCSE English and Maths at grade A* - C, or GCSE level 4 -9, or GCSE level 4-9 or a level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or CSE Grade 1 in English and Maths.Applicants must also possess or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification QCF (or NVQ prior to 2010) in Teaching and Learning.The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.Springside is a new-build special school co-located with a mainstream primary school.
