They are seeking a Junior Legal Secretary to join their vibrant team supporting the Dispute Resolution Department. They offer excellent training, hybrid working and a fantastic culture !The role:You’ll be providing essential support to fee-earners, helping to keep the Dispute Resolution team running smoothly. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment where you can really shine!• Acting as the go-to person for the Dispute Resolution fee-earners.• Managing in-office secretarial tasks and admin duties.• Responding to queries and handling overflow calls efficiently.• Assisting with the preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence.• Keeping everything organized and accessible, both electronically and in physical files.• Working closely with a fantastic team of secretaries and admin staff to ensure everything runs like clockwork.You:• Some experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary, especially in litigation or dispute resolution.• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.• Good IT skills and the ability to multitask effectively.If you’re eager to learn and grow in a dynamic legal setting, this could be the perfect role for you!
