We are currently recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant on behalf of a prestigious client in Mayfair, London. You will also assist with trustee services, bank account management and paralegal support to the in-house solicitor. Strong administrative and organisational skills will be essential to manage a diverse and fast-paced workload.Key Skills & Experience:Candidates should hold a degree (preferably in Law), with 1–3 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are crucial. A second language or a master’s degree is advantageous.
