They are currently seeking an experienced and committed Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.About the Role: As an HLTA, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning across all subjects. Your role will focus on providing tailored support for individual students and small groups, ensuring that each child progresses and reaches their full potential.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is committed to supporting students’ overall development.Key Responsibilities: Assist class teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.Provide 1:1 and small group support within the classroom and during intervention sessions.Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Support the emotional well-being and social development of pupils.Help with planning, preparing resources, and tracking student progress.Deliver targeted interventions for students with additional learning needs.Maintain effective communication with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a HLTA role or a similar position.Strong understanding of how to support students with diverse learning needs.Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.A genuine passion for helping children succeed academically and emotionally.
