This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.The Role:You will work closely with a Senior Associate and Director, assisting on complex, high-value clinical negligence claims, while independently managing a caseload of around 40 lower-value and less complex files across a wide range of medical negligence matters.You will handle your own files from initial case planning through to investigation, evidence gathering, the pre-action protocol, issuing proceedings, litigation and trial—with full supervision, support and training from senior team members.About You: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Trainee Solicitor or experienced ParalegalPrevious experience running your own clinical negligence caseloadBackground in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence work will be consideredA strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to case management Why Apply?
