Job Title: KS2 Outreach SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, GreysJob Type: Temporary, Part-TimePrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £20 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-on-one or small group settingDevelop individualised learning plans based on students' unique needs and learning stylesImplement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve their academic goals and improve their overall educational experienceMonitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomesCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network for students with SEN Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with children with SEN, specifically in the KS2 age groupDemonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar roleKnowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN educational practises and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with students, parents, and school staffProficient in creating and implementing individualised learning plans Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible scheduleWork primarily in learners homes All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
