Job Title: M&E Contracts Manager Location: Kent (with travel across London & the South East - all travel costs covered) Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Overview: A well-established and growing M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple mechanical and electrical projects across London and the South East. Specialising in residential new builds, refurbishments, district heating systems and energy centres, project values typically range from £500,000 to £25 million. The Role: You'll be responsible for the overall delivery of M&E projects, ensuring quality, programme and commercial targets are met. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage project teams, liaise with clients, and keep everything on track from mobilisation through to handover. Travel across sites is required - with all travel expenses fully covered. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple live M&E projects from start to finish Ensure delivery is in line with programme, budget, and quality standards Lead site teams and ensure subcontractor performance Chair client and progress meetings, provide regular updates Work closely with commercial, design, and procurement teams Ensure compliance with all health & safety and industry regulations Requirements: Proven experience in a similar M&E Contracts Manager role Strong background in residential and/or energy sector projects Good technical knowledge across both mechanical and electrical packages Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Happy to travel across sites - expenses fully covered What's on Offer: Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience All travel expenses covered Long-term role with a secure and growing contractor Projects ranging from £500k to £25m across London and the South East Supportive team environment and long-term career prospects
