If you're people-savvy and ready to start building your professional career, recruitment could be your launchpad!The RoleAs the successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist market.You can expect to: Assess job specs and create adverts Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video Manage interview and offer processes Build and maintain a network of candidates Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share Why Vantage?Vantage Consulting are a multi award winning recruitment business ranked within the top 2% of recruitment companies in the UK.
