Head of Catering - SW London£65kIndependent EducationContract CatererWe are working with a fantastic Independent School catering provider who are searching for a new Head of Catering for this amazing school in the heart of SW London.About the role:As Head of Catering, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering,hospitality and all internal/external Events The role is largely Monday – Friday but some weekends over the year will be required. The role requires someone with experience in the independent school or B&I market.The Head of Catering will be responsible for the oversite and development of a team both front and back of House, whilst working with some of the best in the business.Ideal Head of Catering: Experience in Contract Catering ideally in independent schools or B&I.Experience in recruiting, training and mentoring staff to create a motivated and high-performing teamFinancial understanding and P&L management along with experience in writing budgetsA strategist with big ideas, to drive the business forwardA passionate foodie!
