Stock Control Administrator (Nights)Menzies Distribtuion Solutions are looking to recruit a Stock Controller Administrator based from our Biggleswade depot. This role should manage & support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of the Customer / Suppliers stock and data input. Also to ensure that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.The Details Salary: £27,000Shift: Monday – Friday NightsHours: 23:00 - 07:00Location: BiggleswadeMonthly Pay Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to) Maintenance and management of WMSStock report issuesCreating an effective working environmentWork closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams, warehouse and related departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in all we doAccurate recordingAdherence to customer stock and control proceduresMaintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company H&S policiesOperation of MHEHACCP awarenessBRC awarenessPallet controlStrong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reportedEnsure efficient flow of stock throughout the siteDealing with customer and supplier stock enquiriesEnsuring accurate records and complete information captureConducting perpetual inventory counts and stock takesDealing with all stock queries quickly and efficientlyPreparing and submitting various reportsAccurate input into ClawsAccurate control and process of customer ordersEffective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receiptsEffectively communicate across the business through the production of reports, KPI informationLiaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnelEffectively manage the goods in and out schedules Key Experiences /Qualifications: Experience of Warehouse Management and Stock SystemsHigh level of accuracy and numeracyGood spoken and written communication skillsA professional manner Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel) Develop a level of trust and support with all colleagues Technical Skills and Behavioural Competencies: Team playerProblem SolvingExcellent time-management skillsAccuracyUse own initiativeDependable and trustworthyProblem solving skillsGood 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and customersBe proactive Benefits: Pension SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgramSPIRIT Awards - Peer to Peer recognition INCLUSIONMenzies Distribution Solutions is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment, where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
