Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs (SEN) Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Starting Pay: £90 per day (with potential to increase) Contract: Full-time | Term-time onlyAre you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in a meaningful and hands-on way?A dedicated SEN school in Boston, Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day support for pupils with a range of needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who benefit from patient, consistent, and caring support.Your Role Will Include: Assisting children with special educational needs with their learning and development Supporting classroom activities and helping to implement learning plans Providing one-to-one or small group support as required Assisting with personal care and feeding needs where necessary Encouraging independence and social development in a safe, inclusive environment Ideal Candidate: Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential) Is patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting children with complex needs Comfortable with personal care responsibilities Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively Pay starts at £90 per day, with potential to increase based on experience and responsibilities.Why Work With Us?
