Job Title: SEN Maths Teacher (QTS Not Required) Location: Academy of Bedfordshire Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time Salary: Dependent on experience Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver Maths lessons to small groups of students with a range of SEN.Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and engagement.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff.Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed.Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. About You: Experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential).Strong subject knowledge in Maths up to GCSE level (essential).Patient, creative, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people.QTS is not required – we welcome applicants from alternative education, tutoring, youth work, or related fields.
