This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN).The Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with ASD, MLD, SLD, and SLCN. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure positive outcomes. Implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) effectively. Use adaptive teaching strategies to engage and motivate students. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students with ASD, MLD, SLD, and SLCN is highly desirable. Strong understanding of SEND frameworks and inclusive teaching practices.
