We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a high-quality children’s residential service in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing strong leadership and ensuring excellent standards of care.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day management of the residential serviceLead and develop the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for childrenEnsure full compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policiesManage operational duties including staffing, budgets, and reportingRequirements:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People)Proven management experience in a children’s residential settingStrong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory complianceExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, person-centred careSalary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum plus performance-based bonus
