Job Role Responsibilities:As an SIA Security Officer, your key duties will include:Monitoring and controlling access to buildings and event spaces.Ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and the general public.Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.Responding quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.Conducting regular patrols and maintaining site integrity.Reporting and logging all incidents in line with company protocols.Working closely with other members of the security team and liaising with emergency services when necessary.Enforcing venue rules and regulations to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Essential RequirementsValid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License.Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential.Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism.Ability to remain calm under pressure and act swiftly and appropriately in emergencies.A good level of physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward safety and service.Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide references. Shift Information:Night Shifts (typically between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Evening Shifts (typically between 5:00 PM – Midnight)Weekend Work (day or night availability highly desirable)Flexible hours with both full-time and part-time options available.
