Core Subjects Tutor Job Description Location: East of England, Bedfordshire, BedfordSalary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hourJob Duties: Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in core subjects such as Maths, English, and ScienceCreate engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needsAssess student progress and provide constructive feedbackMonitor and track student performance to ensure academic goals are metCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Required Qualifications: Relevant degree in Education or a related fieldTeaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)Enhanced DBS check Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience in core subjects Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculumExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and inspire studentsOrganisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or a related fieldExperience working with students with special educational needs All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
