IT Support Technician | 3-month contract | Aldgate | Onsite | Outside IR35My client is looking for a IT Support Technician providing support to a Windows 11 rollout project, while also managing the BAU workload. While working on a Windows 11 upgrade project, the ideal candidate will be an IT support technician who takes pleasure in providing end customers with outstanding service and high-quality technical assistance.Key responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:- Carry out Windows 11 upgrades and device replacements across the organisation.- Provide general IT support and assist with day-to-day service desk tasks when not engaged in upgrade activity.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Exchange, Active Directory.- Providing support with additional IT projects.IT Support Technician Experience/Technologies:- Microsoft Stack including Office 365 and Azure.- Active Directory - Administration and management.- Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system – Rollout and support.- Proven experience in a service desk or IT support position.- Working in the Financial or Professional services sector is preferential.- Experience with DUO (Multifactor Authentication) is preferred.The successful candidate will be expected to work 5 days a week onsite in Aldgate.To discuss this exciting IT Support Technician opportunity in more detail, please APPLY NOW for a no obligation chat with your VIQU Consultant.
