Office Support● To provide high quality administrative support to the Academy’s OfficeTeam under the direction of the PA to the headteacher.● Input standard information into the Academy’s MIS Arbor System, inaccordance with school procedures.Finance Support● To provide high quality financial administrative support to the Academy’sFinance Team under the direction of● the Senior Finance Officer & Head of Finance.● Input standard information into the Academy’s financial system, IRISFinancials, in accordance with financial● procedures.● Support the team with cash counting and bankingOTHER● To maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school-relatedmatters and to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitiveinformation.● Open post, stamp, date and distribute accordingly whilst bringing to theattention of Key members of staff items of importance.● Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity usingspreadsheets● Responsible for own calendar● Participating in meetings and taking meeting minutes as requested● Take responsibility for your own well-being
