About the Role:We are currently hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives to support our busy operations. You will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse by ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Loading & Unloading: Safely handle stock deliveries in and out of the warehouse.Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products and prepare customer orders.Stock Control: Support stock rotation and inventory accuracy.Quality Checks: Inspect goods and report damages or discrepancies.Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.Equipment Use: Operate pallet trucks and other equipment (training provided).Team Support: Collaborate effectively with your colleagues and supervisors. Shift Patterns:You’ll work on a rotational shift schedule, which may include weekends:Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMAfternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMNight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Full training and support provided. What We’re Looking For:Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus – but not essential (training provided).Physically fit – capable of lifting, moving, and standing for long periods.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.Flexible to work across all shifts.Basic communication and numeracy skills.A positive team player.
