Job DescriptionWe have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage team as an Assistant F&B Manager.Under the guidance and supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage and develop the hotel F&B outlets to the highest of standards whilst optimising guest satisfaction through consistent high operating procedures and development of team members.Assist in managing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service.Handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests, and inquiries while taking the necessary action steps and ensuring a follow-through.Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.Assist in organizing regular team member training while also helping in creating development and performance management plans.Assist in driving promotional and marketing activitiesAssist in managing budgets and financial goals, including revenue management, Payroll & Team schedule management, alongside food and beverage cost of sales.Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading team members to deliver their best.Maintain high team morale and retention rate.Maintain positive and productive working relationships with colleagues in other departments
