Job DescriptionAs a Senior Real Estate Valuer, you will work as part of our high performing Corporate Lending Team and be part of a Valuation team responsible for valuing a multitude of complex and unusual assets.As a Senior Real Estate Valuer, we are looking for someone to:Continuously review our approach to lending policy / valuation security Undertake the formal review of valuation reports for all new lending opportunities £1M+; identifying key risk and providing recommendations on suitability to lend Identify and develop external relationship with Together valuation panel managers and LPA Receivers that promotes our property portfolio and lending opportunities Provide support, advice and recommendations on non-panel valuations Support the Group Head of Valuations in providing strategic advice in relation to property market so as to align with Group risk & lending appetite Support the Corporate Portfolio team and Loan Servicing division in undertaking retrospective reviews of reports Provide strategic input into appropriate loan restructuring, workout and recoveries
