You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep our product ecosystem running smoothly and efficiently. This is a midweight role ideal for someone with strong quality assurance foundations who is ready to step into a broader product operations remit—including app releases, data configuration, support workflows, and operational support for go-lives.You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, clinical operations, and commercial teams to ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and continually improving.Quality AssuranceCreate, maintain, and run manual test scripts for mobile and web platforms.Archive test runs and results to ensure traceability and compliance.Lead testing for new app releases and validate fixes and features before deployment.Coordinate closely with the development team to reduce implementation errors.Proactively investigate, replicate, and triage user-reported bugs.Drive early-stage feedback loops to streamline development cycles.Set up beta tests and collate structured feedback for product improvement.Product & Data AdministrationManage clinician and patient requests for new system data (e.g., medications, hospitals, PROMs).Support hospital onboarding by configuring cohorts, messaging workflows, and disease profiles.Handle user account support (e.g., password resets, clinician onboarding).Maintain core system configurations to ensure consistency and accuracy.Support the product team with system checks, internal documentation, and release coordination.Operational ExcellenceOwn the app release process across Android and iOS platforms, including preparation of release notes, metadata, and store submissions.Serve as the internal point of contact for product-related support queries, triaging and escalating as necessary.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for new market launches.About YouYou want to be doing work that is meaningful and collaborative.You are a self-starter, holding yourself accountable to high standards, and are organised and detail-oriented.You can communicate clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You have a strong foundation in QA and product operations and are comfortable handling concurrent workflows.You ideally have some familiarity with healthcare systems and an interest in improving outcomes for people with long-term conditions.Talent, work ethic, confidence and a personal connection to our work are as (or more) important to us as your experience and academic qualifications.RequirementsMust-HaveISTQB Foundation certification or demonstrable equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of manual testing practices and tools (e.g., TestRail, Cucumber Studio).Experience managing apps in Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Clear written and verbal communication.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.Nice-to-HaveExperience with SQL and understanding of relational database structures.Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
